- Apply an anti frizz cream to damp hair. Smooth a thin layer over all of your hair.
- Using your hair dryer, blow dry hair while brushing it out straight with a paddle hair brush.
- Once hair is completely dry, section hair so that you can work from the back bottom sections of hair and work your way to the side and up.
- Taking small sections of hair, about 1 inch (the smaller the straighter hair you will get) and place the comb in the section of you hair 1 inch away from your roots and then place the flat iron directly above it.
- Slowly pull the hair iron and the comb down the section of hair all the way to the ends of your hair.
- The comb helps to straighten and smooth the hair before your flat iron goes over it and sets the style.
- Repeat steps until all of your hair is straightened.
